These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hindsight (the "App"), operated by Robbin & Co. LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the app

Hindsight is an RSS reader that lets you browse and read articles from RSS feeds you subscribe to. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Accounts

The App uses anonymous authentication. No account registration (email, password, etc.) is required. A randomly generated anonymous identifier is created automatically to sync your data.

3. Hindsight Premium

Hindsight offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Hindsight Premium") that unlocks additional features. By purchasing Hindsight Premium:

• You are charged once through Apple's App Store. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
• Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
• We reserve the right to change premium features or pricing for future purchasers, but your existing purchase and its features will not be revoked.

4. Content

The App displays content from third-party RSS feeds. We do not create, control, or endorse the content of any feed you subscribe to. You are responsible for the feeds you choose to follow.

We are not liable for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content displayed in the App.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Robbin & Co. LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Robbin & Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or Hindsight Premium.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App and/or on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
